The latest results in the mayoral election, posted at 8:43 p.m. to the Boone County Clerk's Web site. Below are the number of votes each candidate has received so far and the percentage that those votes make up of the total counted so far:

BOB MCDAVID. . . . . . . . . . 6,049 votes (50.35%)

JERRY WADE . . . . . . . . . . 3,696 votes (30.77%)

SID SULLIVAN . . . . . . . . . 1,566 votes (13.04 %)

PAUL LOVE . . . . . . . . . . 300 votes (2.5%)

SAL NUCCIO . . . . . . . . . . 281 votes (2.34%)

SEAN P. O'DAY . . . . . . . . . 121 votes (1.01%)

Total votes so far: 10,477 (26 of 39 precincts reporting)
