30 minutes later, Kansas leads again
Momentum has seriously shifted here at the Ford Center in Oklahoma City.
Tied at 49, Kansas' Sherron Collins airballed a 3-point attempt, and Baylor appeared to have a free lane the other way in transition. However, Baylor's Kevin Rogers went up too strong on an easy layup attempt, allowing Kansas to go on the fast break.
Collins fed Tyrel Reed for a corner three, giving Kansas it's first lead since there was 19:21 remaining in the first half. After an airball by Curtis Jerrells, KU added two more points to the lead when MarKeith Morris putback a Reed missed three.
With about nine minutes to play, Kansas leads 56-51.
