Baylor's fans are far outnumbered by Kansas' fans today at the Ford Center, but Bears' fans are finding support from other places.
During the last media timeout, the Baylor band began chanting and throwing up the "Sic 'Em Bears" hand sign. Several of the band members looked to their right, where the sign was being returned by the Texas Exes, the alumni group for the University of Texas.
Should Texas defeat Kansas State in the next game on today's schedule, the Longhorns would face the winner of Baylor and Kansas. The Exes left no doubt about which of the two teams they'd rather face.
At a media timeout, Baylor leads 21-9 with 11:48 left in the first half.
