No. 7 Oklahoma State upsets No. 2 Oklahoma in bizarre yet epic fashion

In a day full of excitement already, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State just added a classic to Big 12 lore.

James Anderson hit two free throws with 2.3 seconds left to put Oklahoma State up 71-70. Oklahoma's Taylor Griffin threw a baseball pass to his brother, Blake, who fought through contact and missed a three-point shot. Oklahoma State's players ran off celebrating a victory, only the clock had never started.

The officials went to the television monitor, and in one of the most bizarre endings in Big 12 Tournament history, ruled that the play had taken more than 2.3 seconds, giving the win to Oklahoma State. After a few minutes of deliberation, the officials signaled the end of the game, sending the OSU players storming on to the floor and the orange-clad fans into -- for lack of a better term -- Bedlam.
