Oklahoma State locking down lane

No tags for this entry.

When Missouri's been at its best this season, the team has been able to hammer the ball inside with senior forwards DeMarre Carroll and Leo Lyons. In the early going of tonight's semifinal against Oklahoma State, the Tigers are having no success in the paint.

Oklahoma State has been quick shifting and has denied Missouri any entrance into the lane, neither by pass nor by drive. The result has been several Missouri turnovers and the Tigers opting to settle for a plethora of outside shots that simply aren't falling.

At the other end, Oklahoma State has been able to drive inside fairly easily on Missouri, although the Cowboys have struggled to finish consistently.
