Tigers Can't Break Through

Nebraska is still in complete control of the game, leading the Tigers 61-47 with 7:30 left to play.
The Tigers have failed to generate any kind of extended run, and while it has improved slightly in the second half, the shooting is still suspect. Missouri is now shooting just over 38 percent from he field, but have made two of their four three-point attempts.
The vocal Tiger fans in the Sprint Center have voiced their displeasure with the officiating. Missouri certainly has not been helped by the referees today. But it appears the fans are getting a little restless as time ticks away for the Tigers.
It has not been the best of homecomings for Michael Dixon. The freshman had eight points, second on the team, before fouling out with 8:02 remaining in the second half.
In other news, Steve Moore has yet to play in the second half, as he is still shaken up from injuring his ear in the first half.
