Rollins to close and reopen with late night diner
Rollins Dining Hall will reopen in August 2010 with its own dedicated entry and a late night diner that will be open until 1 a.m., Rollins Manager Nancy Monteer said.
"It would be two continuous operations on the same facility," Monteer said.
The new Rollins will still contain Pizza To Go!, the late night food option currently offered at Rollins.
Pizza to Go! will retain its current hours of 8 to 11 p.m. and Late Night would be open from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m.
Students will be able to sit down in the diner and eat food like they would in a conventional dining hall.
The late night diner will likely open in mid-September or October, Monteer said.
Rollins Dining Hall, along with Gillette Residence Hall will close at the beginning of the Spring 2010 semester.
