Sparky's opens again today
If you missed last weekend's brief Sparky's Homemade Ice Cream re-opening, the MOVE Magazine pick for best ice cream in Columbia will open again today in anticipation of temperatures as high as 73 degrees.
Tuesday is supposed to be mostly sunny, but the National Weather Service expects heavy rains in the evening. Sparky's Facebook fan page says they'll be open from 11:30 a.m. until 11 p.m., or until supplies run out.
Sparky's reopens officially Feb. 26.
