MSA passes Reactor legislation

Legislation for the “Rally for Reactor” campaign passed unopposed tonight in the second full Missouri Student Association Senate meeting this year.

The legislation advocates MSA’s support of students being a part of the solution to tailgating problems and having a place in future decisions like the one made about Reactor Field. The legislation focuses on the importance of student input rather than bringing Reactor back for tailgaters.

MSA organized a petition in favor of student involvement and has 2,025 signatures as of Sept. 16. On Facebook, there are an additional 4,000 supporters of the cause.
