Students pitch tents, wait hours in line for KU tickets

Remaining student tickets for the Missouri Tigers basketball game against the Kansas Jayhawks on March 6 sold out at 2 p.m. today, MU Ticket Representative Brett Pickens said.
Some students pitched tents overnight to assure they would be able to purchase tickets when they went on sale at 8 a.m. today. Pickens said 4,000 tickets for the game were available and that 10 students were still in line when the ticket office sold out this afternoon.
