RHA tied for first in spirit points at NACURH
The Residence Halls Association is in a tie for first place in spirit points in the National Association of College and University Residence Hall’s annual festival.
“The head start determines a lot in the standings,” RHA National Communications Coordinator Mike Madden said.
Madden said RHA has earned 13 points through two preliminary competitions and there will be more opportunities to earn points as the competition nears.
RHA Vice President Lauren Thomas said participants gain points at the festival for things like being spirited, loud, socializing or networking.
“Winning first place is my ultimate goal upon going to NACURH,” Madden said. “But it’s very difficult to do.”
RHA is tied with Ball State University, Salem State University, Pennsylvania State University, University of South Florida, Northern Arizona University and The Ohio State University.
