UM system distributes pay and benefits survey

The UM system Office of Human Resources has issued the pay and benefits survey to all faculty and staff on the four university campuses, according to a UM system news release.

The survey will be used to establish which pay and benefit features are most valuable to employees, the news release stated.

The university hasn’t offered the survey for 10 years, Associate Vice President of Benefits Michael Paden said in a previous Maneater article.

According to the news release, the survey will be available to faculty and staff until Feb. 28. The university will make findings available in a matter of weeks after the survey ends.
