IFC programming vice president resigns
Interfraternity Council Programming Vice President Jeremy Johnson has resigned from his position after being arrested Friday, March 19 on suspicion of theft.
"This was a personal decision he made because he did not want any of his actions to reflect poorly on the IFC Executive board or compromise the board's integrity in any way," IFC spokesman Danny Ritz said in an e-mail.
Ritz said no decision has been made in regards to whether or not elections will be held to fill the position immediately or in time for next semester.
"Once the decision is made, the board will use the process outlined in the IFC Constitution and Bylaws," Ritz said.
