STRIPES elects new director

The STRIPES executive board has elected Andrew Worrall to be the 2012 director of the safe ride program.

Worrall is the spokesman for STRIPES and will succeed Jeri Pautler, the 2011 director.

According to a STRIPES news release, Worrall’s term will begin Jan. 1, 2011 and will end Dec. 31, 2012.

Worrall has been involved with STRIPES since 2008. In December, he will finish his third term on the executive board.

Pautler plans to remain involved with the organization, and will begin training Worrall soon.

“STRIPES is a fantastic organization that has recently celebrated huge milestones,” Worrall said in the news release. “This is a testament to the dedication and integrity of our members and sponsors.”
