MSA slate Loeffler-Damico accused of major infraction
Missouri Students Association presidential slate Greg Loeffler and Lauren Damico committed a major infraction, Board of Elections Commissioner chairman Thomas Bourneuf said.
Bourneuf said that he cannot say exactly what the slate has committed, but that the Student Court will make a decision on whether the infraction issued by the BEC to the Loeffler-Damico slate will hold.
"The Loeffler-Damico slate has been issued a major infraction by the BEC," Loeffler said. "We are currently in the appeals process and will be happy to give more information at a later date."
The decision by the Student Court will be made within 48 hours, Bourneuf said.
