Presidential search budget tops $230,000

The UM System presidential search budget was released to the public Wednesday morning.

Broken down, the budget amounts to the following:

Business travel: $53,000

Business meeting expenses: $8,500

Postage and express mail delivery services: $2,200

Wats: $2,000

Advertising: $9,000

Printing and reproduction: $1,500

Supplies: $800

Professional services (Presidential search firm): $157,500

This adds up to a $234,500 price tag.
