'Kite master' to perform in Columbia this week
"Kite Master" Jianguo Qian will be performing at the Columbia ARC in advance of One Sky, One World, a kite-flying event on Sunday.
Qian will perform at 7 p.m. Thursday. The ARC is located at 1701 W. Broadway (Here's a map)
On Sunday, kite fliers from around the state will gather at Cosmo Bethel Park (MAP) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to fly kites and see different demonstrations on kite flying techniques.
