The South Butt, a clothing company created by MU freshman Jimmy Winkelmann when he was a sophomore at Chaminade College Preparatory School in St. Louis, is currently facing a potential lawsuit from The North Face. The South Butt was created as a company to mock brand name clothing, said Winkelmann. After The North Face contacted Winkelmann saying he was infringing upon their copyright, his lawyer responded that they would not stop producing and selling South Butt clothing. Analytical Bio-Chemistry Laboratories Inc. (ABC Labs), announced its plan for a $4 million, 10,000 square foot laboratory to be added to its campus, which is located east of Columbia. What’s Happening?

"The Grass Harp" will be playing today through Oct. 11 in the Rhynsburger Theatre in the Fine Arts Building at 8 p.m.

"At the Death House Door," a look at the death penalty in Texas through the eyes of Pastor Carroll Pickett who presided over 95 executions, will be shown in Jesse Wrench Auditorium in Memorial Union at 8 p.m. Admission is free.

Tomorrow, Multicultural Community Hour will feature a Frisbee game at Tiger Plaza from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
