Late yesterday night, Trooper Derek Sullivan, 25, of Jefferson City ran his car off the road during a routine traffic stop, rotating the car several times and sustaining minor injuries. The Columbia Daily Tribune has more details.

What’s Happening?

This week’s Multicultural Community Hour will focus on Japanese Tea Culture from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in Memorial union S203.

Hitt Street Harmony will be performing in Whitmore Hall in the Fine Arts Building from 7 to 8 p.m.

A Pre-Kwanzaa Celebration will take place in the Gaines/Oldham Black Culture Center starting at 7 p.m. to educate students on the history surrounding Kwanzaa.
