Attempted burglary on East Campus
An attempted first-degree burglary occurred on East Campus this morning at about 1 a.m. Officers were dispatched in the area by residents on the 1400 block of Anthony St., a Columbia Police Department news release stated. According to the residents there were two suspects who attempted to kick in their front door. The two fled the scene after being seen by the residents. A neighbor who was canvassing the area at the time noticed a third suspect flee the seen.
The investigation is on going.
