Bush catches fire at Ellis
Police have ruled out arson after a bush caught on fire outside Ellis Library.
"A person probably put a cigarette down," MU Police Department Capt. Brian Weimer said.
While police aren't sure it was a cigarette, they are ruling out arson.
"Nobody was trying to burn up anything," Weimer said.
Weimer also said police aren't classifying the incident as a crime as of now.
