Columbia man shot
A Columbia man was shot at 12:38 this morning, stated a news release from the Columbia Police Department.
CPD officers responded to the area of 2201 Ballenger Lane after multiple reports of shots being fired came in. Officers found Ronald C. Brown on the scene. Brown was taken to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The investigation is ongoing and more details will be released as the investigation continues.
