The checkpoint will be from 11 p.m. to 3 a.m. one night this weekend, but the location has not been disclosed.

The sobriety check is a part of the "You Drink & Drive. You Lose" campaign that started last Wednesday.

The Boone County Sheriff's Department, MU Police Department and the Missouri State Highway Patrol will assist CPD with the checkpoint.

MUPD also held a DWI checkpoint as part of the "You Drink & Drive. You Lose" campaign last Friday, resulting in 14 arrests, an MUPD news release stated.
