Fire reported outside BCC
At 1:50 a.m. Thursday, the Columbia Fire Department was dispatched to a dumpster fire outside of the Gaines/Oldham Black Culture Center. Battalion Chief James Weaver said he did not know the cause of the fire.
Weaver said an investigator was not called and nothing regarding the incident was out of line or irregular.
