Washington pleads not guilty on domestic assault charges
Derrick Washington pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor charge of third-degree domestic assault Wednesday at the Boone County Courthouse.
He was not present at the arraignment, but appeared by his attorney Christopher Slusher. Washington will appear at court Thursday morning for a hearing over a state request to revoke his bond, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Andrea Hayes said.
