Intersection at Windsor and Melbourne to close
The Columbia Public Works Department announced the intersection at Windsor and Melbourne will be closed to traffic Sept. 11 and 12. The street will only be closed from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. During those hours, volunteers will be painting a mural on the street as part of the Windsor/Ash Bike Boulevard pilot project. The intersection will be reopened by 7 p.m. on Sept. 12.
