Police investigate robbery near campus
The MU Police Department is investigating a robbery that took place at about 2 a.m. Tuesday morning near the intersection of Rollins Street and East Campus Drive.
According to an MUPD news release, the victim told police two suspects exited a white, small vehicle that might have been a Volkswagon. She said the suspects then put on dark colored masks before they robbed her at gunpoint, taking two cell phones and a wallet with credit cards.
