Jimmy John's driver reports armed robbery on Paquin Street
A Jimmy Johns driver reported an armed robbery at 1109 Paquin Street around 2 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Upon speaking to officers, the 22-year-old victim said the suspect approached him with a handgun and demanded his money. The victim gave him his wallet and the suspect proceeded to flee from the area. The victim left the incident unharmed.
Paquin Street is an area where many MU students live, and the incident occurred about a block away from Paquin Towers.
No suspects have been identified in this case and no arrests have been made. The Columbia Police Department encourages anyone with information on this situation to contact them.
