This idea is fine as long as the ones that now afford health insurance will not be able to when their rates are raised to cover ones that are without insurance.What needs to happen is tax the ones that are making $50K or more then take that tax and buy insurance for the uninsured.There are lawmakers that make well over that and the Government can dip into their salaries instead of penalizing the working low-middle class employees.
