On the economic portion of this debate, it seems like the debate on taxes is folowing on a similar track as it always has, with Obama focusing on lowering taxes on the middle class, whereas McCain is attacking Obama's record on actually lowering taxes.
McCain seems somewhat obsessed with Joe the Plumber. He also mentioned an interesting term that I haven't heard him use before: "class warfare." This may mean that McCain is going to be fairly rough on Obama.
Joe the Plumber seems like he is the most popular person in the debate so far. However, McCain seems to have Obama on his heels, making Obama admit that he will raise taxes on people making over $200,000 a year.
