McCain has used a Supreme Court question from Schieffer to show his bipartisan credentials, saying that he has voted for all types of Supreme Court justices, and that he won't impose any sort of political "litmus test" in choosing justices.
Obama has generally agreed with McCain, saying that a litmus test is a bad idea and that he would consider justices based on qualifications. Obama has had a difficult time with Roe v. Wade, saying that he supports it, but it looked painful for him to say.
