Tigers and Jayhawks Set to Begin Second Half
The first 20 minutes in Lawrence were not kind to the Tigers. Missouri found themselves in a 50-30 hole and struggled to get anything accomplished offensively.
The Tigers made only 10 of 40 field goal attempts and were out-rebounded 37-15. Also a testament to their woes was the fact that Missouri managed only five assists during the half. Justin Safford paced the team with seven points, while Kim English went 0-5 from the field and has yet to score a point.
