Missouri opens up 53-40 lead
Whatever Anderson told these guys at halftime is clearly working. Missouri has opened up a 51-47 point lead early in the second half and is looking solid in all facets of the game. They have kept up the intense defense, but now also look sharp on offense.
Lyons is currently leading the Tigers with 17 points. Lawrence is also having a quality performance by contributing seven points. The one downside right now seems to be Zaire Taylor. After an impressive exhibition season, Taylor is yet to score in the regular season. He definitely has the talent to make it happen on offense, but has been playing timidly. Look for Anderson to get Taylor more involved in the action.
