Defense continues to stop Colorado
Colorado was able to get a first down on their next drive, but was unable to capitalize on it, punting for the third time in the first quarter. Daniel thew his first incompletion of the night early in the second quarter. However, it was picked off by Colorado safety Ryan Walters. The Colorado offense was unable to capitalize on Walter's pick, having another three-and-out. Colorado sophomore quarterback Cody Hawkins also saw his first action of the game on that drive.
