Halftime update from Faurot
The Missouri Tigers lead 19-0 over the visiting Colorado Buffaloes at halftime.
After a strange start to the scoring with a safety for Missouri on an intentional grounding by Colorado, the slow-to-start Tiger offense came alive. Ressel hit a 47-yarder and Gabbert found receiver Jerrell Jackson and tight end Michael Egnew for scores in the second quarter.
The Tiger running game is struggling with punter Trey Barrow leading all Missouri rushers after his 26-yard haul on a fake punt play.
Colorado has missed two 40-yard field goal attempts on their only two scoring chances, with the second one being block by the Missouri defense.
The Buffaloes will receive to start the second half and try to get on the board.
