Kansas Adds Another Touchdown
The Jayhawks added to their lead with another touchdown by Kerry Meier. The score came from two yards out and put Kansas up 28-19.
Missouri had forced Kansas to kick a field goal earlier in the drive, but a personal foul penalty by senior linebacker Sean Weatherspoon gave KU a fresh set of downs in Missouri's red zone. The Jayhawks took advantage and widened their lead.
