Men's basketball begins
The Missouri Tigers are opening up exhibition play tonight at 7 p.m. against Lincon University. The two teams have never met before. Coach Mike Anderson has never lost an exhibition game at Missouri as he currently stands 4-0 in preseason play. The average margin of victory in those games was 44.3 points.
Watch for some new faces to start making names for themselves. Missouri's roster consists of more newcomers than returning players, but they still will fall under the leadership of senior forwards DeMarre Carroll and Leo Lyons who were both named Preseason All-Big 12 Honorable Mentions.
