Tigers take early lead
With just under 10 minutes to play the Tigers have opened up a 20 point lead over Lincoln. Missouri took a quick 4-0 advantage and now are ahead by the score of 28-8.
Two newcomers have led the way so far as junior guard Zaire Taylor is three of four shooting with seven points and freshman guard Marcus Denmon has added seven of his own. Taylor is in his first year of action for Missouri as he sat out last season after transferring from Delaware.
