McNeese State gets on the board
The Cowboys finally put together a scoring drive with twelve minutes left in the game, connecting on a touchdown pass in the corner of the end zone. They were the first points allowed by the Tiger defense in five quarters of play.
The extra point attempt hit the upright and missed, making the score 50-6.
