Big lead, but Lions looking good

No tags for this entry.

Missouri will take a 48-33 lead into halftime, but the 15 point advantage is less than most would have expected. Missouri Southern has looked solid so far while competing against a prominent team like Missouri.

It's clear that the Tigers are simply more athletic and talented than the Lions, but their scheme has been off tonight. There really hasn't been much flow to either the offense or defense.

Carroll leads the Tigers at the half with 12 points and three steals. Right behind him is Lyons with 10 points.

Anderson's halftime speech should be interesting with the Tiger's struggling against a Division II opponent.
