Tigers take control in third quarter
Maclin continued to add to his great game today, catching his third touchdown pass, this one for 49 yards. Maclin is now only the fourth receiver in school history to catch three touchdown passes in one game. After stopping Nevada, the Tiger offense showed a little bit of trickery on their next drive. Jeff Wolfert lined up for a 49 yard field goal attempt, but wide receiver Tommy Saunders did a shovel pass to tight end Chase Coffmann for a 32 yard touchdown pass, making the score 52-17. This marks the third straight week that Missouri has scored atl east 52 points in a game.
