Missouri forcing turnovers early
Missouri has played the first five minutes with all of its intensity and focus on the defensive side, and it has paid off. Senior guard J.T. Tiller blocked the Red Raiders first shot attempt and the got a steal on their second possession.
The early turnovers by Tech allowed the Tigers to open a 10-1 lead, but the Red Raiders have now cut that to 14-8. Freshman guard Kim English leads Missouri early with eight points off of two three-pointers.
