Missouri looks to finish perfect at home

While tonight's game really has no postseason value for the Tigers, it could do everything for their morale. Coming off an absolute stomping by Kansas on Sunday, Missouri could use a confidence boost.

A win over the Sooners would remind Missouri that it can compete with the big boys. Unfortunately, they'll have to get past the biggest boy of them all, sophomore forward Blake Griffin. Griffin is averaging just below 22 points per game and 14 rebounds.

The fact is that Griffin's going to get his numbers, so where can Missouri make up for it? The Tigers must fuel off the home crowd for the final time to give them the ultimate boost. Missouri is going to have to execute on all cylinders tonight. That means creating turnovers, taking good shots and of course, making shots.

If the Tigers come out and shoot like they did against Kansas, they stand no chance tonight, but they've shown all season that playing in Mizzou Arena makes all the difference. Missouri is undefeated this year at home and wants to finish the season that way.
