The Tiger defense could not stop Helu in the final minutes, as he surpassed 300 rushing yards on the day and helped Nebraska wind the clock down to victory. The senior finished with a school record 307 rushing yards and three touchdowns on the day.

Final score: Nebraska 31, Missouri 17.
