Marable upsets Dwyer, Missouri retakes lead
Another dual between high ranked wrestlers took place at 165, between Missouri's Nick Marable, ranked No. 6, and Nebraska's Stephen Dwyer, ranked No. 4. Neither wrestler was able to score in the opening period. Dwyer chose to go down in the second period and escaped just four seconds into the period to go up by one. Marable then took Dwyer down 23 seconds later to go up 2-1. Dwyer escaped several seconds later to tie the match up again. Going into the final period tied, Marable chose to go down. Just 19 seconds into the match, Marable reversed Dwyer to go up by two. After a Dwyer escape, Marable was able to hang on to win 4-3.
Missouri now leads 12-10.
