DCCC Poll: Baker Up

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Comittee just released a  poll showing State Rep. Judy Baker opening up a 4 point lead over former State Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer, 40 percent to 36 percent.

The poll, sponsored by Global Stradegy Group, has a 4.9% margin of error, meaning Baker's lead is within the margin of error.

The poll is a distinct contrast from previous polling of the 9th District, such as a Research 2000 poll last month which showed Luetkemeyer with a 9 percent lead (49 to 40).
