Watch parties tonight

For the third and final presidential debate of the election season, The Maneater will once again be live blogging the debate. We will be featuring up-to-date reactions from two watch parties in the area:

Supporters of Democratic candidate Barack Obama will meet at Boone Tavern, 811 E. Walnut St., at 7:30 p.m.

Supporters of Republican candidate John McCain are gathering at Boone County Republican Headquarters, 1301 Vandiver Dr., also at 7:30.

The debate begins at 8, and wil take place at Hofstra University in Hampstead, NY.
