Missouri leans McCain but majority of precincts have not reported
Although CNN and Yahoo! News show Missouri leaning toward McCain by a small margin, only 13 precincts, or less than 0.5 percent, have reported. 3,520 precincts in Missouri have not yet reported. Rural precincts, which usually lean more Republican than urban areas, have come in first, which might be skewing the results.
No 9th Congressional District precincts, which includes Boone County, have reported.
