Luetkemeyer will be at MU on Wednesday
U.S. Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer, R-Mo., will be on campus this week to speak to the MU College Republicans on Wednesday
According to a news release from Jonathan Ratliff, the chairman of the College Republicans, Luetkemeyer will address the stimulus bill -- which is expected to reach another vote in the U.S. Senate on Tuesday, and which Luetkemeyer and his fellow House Republicans twice voted down -- and will also discuss the economy and various other issues both foreign and domestic. Students will be able to ask the freshman congressman questions during his appearance.
The event is being held at the A.P. Green Chapel at Memorial Union and will begin at 6 p.m.
