Missouri put the game out of reach with a pair of runs in the sixth inning and Thomas clinched the title for the Tigers by retiring Oklahoma in order in the bottom of the seventh.
The Tigers earned a spot in the title game by downing Oklahoma State 10-0 on Friday and beating Baylor 1-0 on Saturday.
